The Gräfenberg Spot, often called the G-Spot, is the bean-shaped area of the vagina. Many women report that it is an erogenous zone that, when stimulated, can lead to strong sexual arousal, powerful orgasms and female ejaculation. The Gräfenberg Spot is typically located one to three inches (2.5 to 7.6 cm) up the front (anterior) vaginal wall between the vaginal opening and the urethra and is a sensitive area that is part of the female prostate.

Spoons Position

It is said that the best sexual position to reach G-spot is the spoons position or spooning is a sexual position and a cuddling technique. The spoons position may be preferable for couples who have just woken up or are very tired. It may be used if the woman is pregnant, even during the last trimester, because it does not put any pressure on the abdomen. It is also good for those recovering from illness or surgery, or the elderly, because it puts less strain on muscles.
